Women owned businesses now employ 35% more people in the US than the Fortune 500 companies employ worldwide. The El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce recognizes this rapid movement of women ownership and understanding the many obstacles still facing women in starting and/or sustaining their businesses.
