The
Women’s Business Border Center offers the following opportunities
for volunteerism. Select those committees in which you feel you are
interested or qualified to participate:
WNET Committee – Mentor Program – Women’s
Network for Entrepreneurial Training. If you have been a CEO
for at least three years, you could be a mentor in this great
program.
Annual Womens Issues Forum Committee – Once a year,
an event for the southwest region is held. Speakers and programs
focus on women business owners. If you can envision helping
on a regional event, this is the committee for you.
Training Committee – Every other month bilingual
training events are held. Topics so far have included such things
as Customer Service and Internet/Online Business. If you love
training events, this is the committee for you.
Finance Committee – Helping businesses with loan/grant/investment
& money options
